Prof. Dr. Yusuf Çalışkan is a leading Turkish expert in international arbitration, energy law, international investment law, and intellectual property dispute resolution. Since 2016, he has been serving as a member of the Governing Council of UNIDROIT. He previously served as Dean of the Faculty of Law at Ibn Haldun University, and he is a Chair Professor of Private International Law Department in Istanbul Medeniyet University.
